Didn't I tell you?

I have started Venipuncture/Phlebotomy...
bring me your veins
HA HA HA
Actually, I am thinking that I might be good at this. I have an ability to visualize things unseen and hopefully this will help me be a good phlebotomist.
I need practice. Any volunteers?

Congratulations! It's a noble profession. As preparation you might want to look at yourself in the mirror every days and say, "It's all your fault."

All responsiblity for anything that goes wrong from the moment the ward clerk enters a lab order in the computer lands squarely in the lap of the unsuspecting phlebe. How are your shoulders? Big?

Have fun!

Well, I am only learning this so that I can inject radiopharmaceuticals into patients. We do occasionally draw blood to mix the RBCs or the WBCs with a radiopharm, but not too often.
We just want to make em glow...

Nooo! Not volunteering. Nope. No how. sorry. I'd be happy to hold someone else's hand while they volunteer, though. :-)
